Xiaoyichu Terms of Use

Welcome to Xiaoyichu ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the App's operator. By signing in or using any feature, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age permitted in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
1.2 You sign in via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID and device secure.
2. Your Account
2.1 Use of the account. Your account is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not share, transfer, or resell it.
2.2 Content you upload. You retain ownership of the photos and outfit content you upload. You grant the App a limited license to store, display, and process this content solely to provide you with the App's features.
2.3 Acceptable use. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, violates law, or contains harmful, obscene, or hateful material. We may remove such content and suspend the responsible account.
2.4 Account deletion.
You may delete your account at any time inside the App: Profile → Sign out · Delete account → Delete account, then complete the two-step confirmation (warning + typing DELETE).
Once confirmed:
- Your account, wardrobe items, outfits, favorites, credit balance and feedback records are permanently deleted from our database and cannot be recovered.
- A small number of uploaded image files may briefly remain in object storage as orphan files and will be removed by a scheduled cleanup task. They are no longer linked to any account.
- Apple subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. To stop future charges, cancel separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Purchase records required by law may be retained for the legally required period in de-identified form.
If you only want to switch accounts on this device, use Sign out instead of Delete account.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
3.1 Subscriptions and credit packs are sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices, taxes, billing cycles, and the renewal mechanism are shown on the purchase screen.
3.2 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
3.3 Refund requests are handled by Apple. See our Subscription Rules for details.
4. AI Features
AI styling results are generated by automated models and are provided for inspiration only. They do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for your own choices when applying suggestions.
5. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will meet your specific expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified inside the App. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
