How do I delete my account / data?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. All wardrobe items, creations, and favorites will be permanently removed from the server. If you only need partial data removal, please email support.
Why does the app need camera / photo library access?
Camera or photo library access is required to add wardrobe items. You can revoke permission anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy → Camera. You just won't be able to add new items afterward.
AI critique / smart styling occasionally returns no results?
AI services occasionally fluctuate. Tap retry — it usually recovers. If repeated failures: ① check your network; ② try a different item or scene; ③ contact support if it persists.
Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on cloud servers that meet industry security standards. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
💳 Subscription & Billing
OOTD Closet offers Premium and Diamond auto-renewable subscriptions, billed through App Store.
To cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID (your name at top) → Subscriptions → OOTD Closet → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal date.
Refunds: All App Store refunds are handled by Apple. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
